2. Product Information
The Battery Saver is designed to help prevent drill and impact driver batteries from disconnecting during use. It fits most power tools that use slide-in battery packs, but compatibility should be checked before purchase.
We do our best to ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, minor variations in colour or design may occur.
3. Ordering
When placing an order through our Shopify store, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
You will receive an email confirming your order. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments and other available options such as PayPal. Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
5. Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any third-party courier delays.
Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking (if available).
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. The item must be unopened and unused.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You must contact us before returning the item.
Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a description and photo of the issue.
We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with your consumer rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
Best Tyres Autocentre Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or misuse of the Battery Saver.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

All content on this website—including product names, descriptions, photos, and branding—is the property of Best Tyres Autocentre Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
